Billboard is an online project promotion for NOISE and Reach Out, inviting young artist to submit
their work. The winning artworks were displayed on billboards and distributed on postcards
throughout Australia.
We photocopied images of buildings and built a city. We then took a series of photographs and
strung them together in QuickTime to create a stop-frame animation for the NOISE website.
Printed material was also created for Reach Out.
